Hands-Free submits eligible applications and parks unresolved steps
Complete the profile, search filters, explicit answers and approved document assignments.
Aply selects an active supported queue item and verifies that the intended documents are available.
The extension completes supported steps, parks uncertainty and records the acknowledged outcome before moving on.
Aply uses saved role, location, industry, salary and exclusion preferences to rank jobs. Matching helps organise the queue; it does not predict employer decisions.
Target Role
Compared with saved experience and skills
Location
Checked against the applicant's preferences
Salary
Used only when the listing provides usable data
The extension acts in the user's signed-in browser, verifies the active run and attaches the assigned document rather than silently choosing a fallback.
Browser Session
The user signs in directly on the portal
Document Identity
Assigned filename and document state verified
Completion Acknowledgement
No next job before the outcome is recorded
Ordinary questions can use saved facts and explicit answers. Sensitive, unsupported or low-confidence questions pause for the applicant, and STOP blocks further form actions.

Question Parking
Unknown or sensitive decisions return to the user

Use Hands-Free mode to submit supported applications automatically from the Chrome extension. Select optional Review only when you want a final check before submission.

How the hands-free AI extension matches jobs, completes fields, handles answers and records submissions.
Aply starts with jobs in its Australian database and application flows that are explicitly supported. Saved titles, locations, industries, salary preferences and exclusions help rank the queue. A match score is a product filter, not a prediction that an employer will respond.
Before a supported application can run, Aply needs an accurate profile, the required answers and an exact approved resume. A job-linked cover letter may also be generated when the job has a sufficiently detailed description. The queue does not make missing qualifications true or turn an unknown answer into a guess.
The Chrome extension runs supported form steps in the user's browser. The user signs in to the job portal directly, so the portal password is not sent to Aply's API. The extension claims an eligible queued job, opens the supported form, fills known fields, attaches the assigned documents and reports the outcome back to Aply.
Document selection is strict. The extension must establish the exact approved resume assigned to the job. A missing file, stale assignment, filename collision or hash mismatch parks the run rather than substituting another document.
Hands-Free mode submits supported applications automatically when login, the assigned documents and required ordinary answers are ready. Optional Review mode pauses before final submission so the applicant can check the job, answers and attached documents.
An unanswered, sensitive or unsupported question parks the job for the applicant. Health, criminal history, work rights, checks, profile visibility and similar decisions are not inferred from a general language model. Saved answers can be reused only when they match the current question and the applicant has supplied the preference.
The extension exposes a STOP control during a run. After STOP is acknowledged, STOP prevents further page actions and the run is reported without claiming a successful submission. A stale tab or old run token cannot complete a newer job attempt.
If portal login is required, the same tab pauses for the applicant and can resume after sign-in. Completion acknowledgement is retried within a fixed bound. The queue must not advance to another job until the current attempt has reached a recorded outcome.
Aply answers ordinary form questions from saved profile data, explicit preferences and a reviewed answer bank. Supported controls include common text fields, select menus, radio buttons and checkboxes. A governed fallback can handle known custom widgets, while low-confidence or unsupported controls are parked.
Hands-Free mode automates the application, but it does not invent a missing fact. The extension stops when accuracy, consent or document identity is uncertain.
Portal availability depends on authorised integrations and the application flows enabled in the current extension release. A job appearing in Aply's database does not by itself mean its employer portal supports automated submission. External applicant tracking systems and unsupported flows are skipped or parked.
Aply should be used only with a real account, truthful applicant information and jobs the person genuinely intends to apply for. Provider terms, technical approval and current product status determine where live automation can be enabled.
Use the Aply Chrome extension to match roles, attach approved documents and submit supported applications automatically from your browser.
