By creating an account or using Aply, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
Aply provides job matching, profile, document, application-tracking and AI auto-apply tools. You must be at least 18 years old and either an Australian resident or otherwise legally permitted to work in Australia to use the Service.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide.
3. AI Auto Apply for Jobs conditions
The Chrome extension can complete and submit supported job applications from your browser. Hands-Free mode submits eligible applications automatically when required information and approved documents are available. Optional Review mode pauses before final submission. By starting an extension run, you acknowledge that:
- In Hands-Free mode, you authorise Aply to submit supported applications in your name without a separate final click for each eligible application.
- You remain responsible for the accuracy of your profile, documents and saved answers.
- We cannot guarantee that applications will be received, reviewed, or result in employment.
- You must review AI-generated resumes, cover letters and answers during setup and whenever your information changes. Missing, sensitive or unsupported answers are returned for your input.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of supported third-party job boards.
- Provider approval, the current extension release and the supported form determine where automatic submission is available.
4. AI-generated content
The Service may use AI systems to generate resumes, cover letters, and application responses. While we aim for accuracy and relevance, generated content may contain errors. You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying it.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Do not submit false or misleading information in applications.
- Do not circumvent usage limits, security controls, or billing restrictions.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service.
- Do not interfere with the Service or other users' access.
6. Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
6.1 Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@aply.au. There are no lock-in contracts. For monthly plans, cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Aside from remedies required by the Australian Consumer Law, monthly plans are not refunded for partial periods.
6.2 Refunds
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply and are not excluded or limited by these terms. If the Service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies the Australian Consumer Law requires. Depending on the circumstances, these may include having the problem fixed, a replacement, cancellation, a refund, or compensation.
- Duplicate charges and billing errors are always refunded.
- We do not offer a separate change-of-mind refund unless one is expressly shown at checkout. This does not limit any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time taken to appear is controlled by the payment provider and financial institution.
6.3 Billing
Paid features require an active subscription. Subscription pricing, billing periods, quota limits, and renewal rules are shown at checkout or inside the app. Application usage limits reset per billing period unless otherwise stated for your plan. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled, and, where required, we will notify you of any price change before it takes effect for your plan. Lifetime access is a one-time payment unless checkout states otherwise.
For billing, cancellation, or refund questions, contact support@aply.au.
7. Limitation of liability
Except for consumer guarantees and other rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, including missed opportunities, rejected applications, or inaccurate generated content.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may request account deletion by contacting support, subject to lawful retention obligations.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless a different Australian jurisdiction is required by law.
