Mitcham Private Hospital is a 121-bed acute medical, surgical, maternity, and mental health facility accredited to serve the healthcare requirements of Melbourne's outer eastern communities. This is a permanent part-time role (57 hours per fortnight) for night duties, presenting an engaging opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Surgical and Paediatrics ward. We encourage applications from those ready to advance their nursing careers.

What We Are Looking For:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• A minimum of five years of recent experience in an acute care setting.
• Experience in Acute Surgical or Paediatrics is advantageous but not essential.
• Clinical leadership experience or postgraduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated personal commitment to ongoing professional development.
