Baringa Private Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for its Post-Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU) team. Job Description

This role involves working within the Operating Theatres, contributing to a collaborative and team-oriented environment. You will report to the Nurse Unit Manager and work under the guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, and Shift Leaders. The primary objective is to deliver a high standard of patient care aligned with the Hospital's and Ramsay Health Care's values and strategic direction.

Skills and Experience

• Relevant qualifications and current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• A minimum of two (2) years of PACU experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a strong customer service focus.
• Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care delivery needs.
• Exceptional customer service and time management abilities.
• Capability to perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive professional relationships.
• Ability to work a rotating roster.
