We are seeking an enthusiastic nurse with experience in general or occupational medicine to support pre-employment medicals, injury treatment, and other medical assessments at our Wetherill Park and Parramatta Clinics.

Our clinic operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Training will be provided at another IMMEX clinic.

The successful candidate will possess:

• The ability to work in this country without restriction.
• Current (Medication Endorsed) registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum Enrolled Nurse level qualification.
• A current CPR certificate.
• Certificates in Drug & Alcohol collection and Venipuncture are desirable.
• Experience in Spirometry, Audiometry, and ECG would be an asset.

Clinical and Administrative Duties:

• Processing pre-employment forms and reviewing general health questionnaires.
• Conducting medical assessments, including height, weight, visual testing, and urinalysis.
• Performing ECGs, spirometry, audiometry, alcohol breathalyser testing, urine drug testing, and pathology collection.
• Triaging and assisting in the treatment of injured workers.
• Administering medications and vaccines under the instruction of a Medical Practitioner.
• Liaising with treating doctors and physiotherapists.
• Attending to wound dressings.
• Assisting with minor procedures.
• Cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilising medical instruments.
• Assisting with off-site client health visits or health surveillance projects.
• Performing any other related nursing duties.
• Data entry in clinical software.
• Performing basic administrative duties such as responding to client enquiries, making appointments, and scanning medical correspondence.
• Managing clinical inventory.
