Enrolled Nurse

Altaira Services is seeking Enrolled Nurses for casual onsite work in Adelaide SA.

About the Role Join our dedicated team and provide high-quality care within various aged care facilities across Adelaide metro and regional areas. You will have the flexibility to select your preferred working hours and locations through an easy-to-use online system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care in accordance with care plans, policies, and ANMC standards.
• Provide personal care and support for residents' physical, emotional, and environmental needs.
• Administer medications safely and within your scope of practice.
• Follow Registered Nurse directions and escalate clinical concerns.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Communicate clinical updates clearly and confidentially.
• Practise within scope, ensuring accountability and policy adherence.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge through ongoing professional development.
• Provide supervision and guidance to staff, volunteers, and students as required.
• Support the induction of new and agency staff.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Report incidents promptly in line with reporting requirements.
• Act as senior staff member on shift when required, including responding to emergencies.
• Follow Quality Management and Work Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Identify and report workplace hazards to maintain a safe environment.
• Uphold strict privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Undertake additional duties as required within scope of role.
