About the Role:

You will assist the Registered Nurse/Midwife in delivering person-centred care, adhering to regulatory and statutory requirements. Under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife, you will contribute to safe and effective nursing care within the healthcare team. This role provides an opportunity to develop your practice as an Enrolled Nurse, while remaining accountable for your actions and responsibilities in providing nursing care.

About You:

• Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practising certificate.
• Possess effective communication skills and the capacity to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to prioritise workload, identify changes in clinical condition, and provide person-centred care.
• Experience in providing nursing care within a healthcare setting, consistent with professional standards of practice.
