Salary: $75,205 - $79,815 per annum Work type: Full-time Location: Onsite

As an Enrolled Nurse at Darling Downs Hospital & Health Service, you will be integral to supporting residents with dignity, safety, and comfort. Your role will involve providing direct care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes in residents' daily lives.

Your daily contributions will include:

  • Delivering person-centred care that promotes residents' health, independence, and wellbeing.
  • Collaborating with registered nurses and team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care delivery.
  • Monitoring residents' conditions and responding to changes to enhance care outcomes.
  • Supporting safe practices and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration (or eligibility) as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Strong clinical skills in aged care and a commitment to safe, evidence-based practice.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and follow clinical direction within a team environment.
  • A proactive mindset focused on continuous learning and quality improvement.

Experience in residential aged care and/or additional training such as intravenous medication competencies would be an advantage. Most importantly, you are passionate about delivering person-centred care and contributing to a team that values compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation, and courage.
