About the Role

As the General Manager, you will lead and direct the Residential Aged Care (RAC) operations, ensuring service delivery meets resident needs. Your responsibilities will include overseeing compliance with relevant legislative and accreditation requirements and achieving budget targets. You will foster a person-centred approach and optimise residential aged care facility operations. Additionally, you will cultivate relationships with external stakeholders to enhance Bolton Clarke's profile with key introducers.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the Residential Aged Care (RAC) arm by developing a person-centred approach to service planning and fostering a culture reflective of Bolton Clarke values.
• Leading a team of service managers and ensuring they develop and implement appropriate plans that effectively support and contribute to the achievement of organisational goals.
• Leading the development of policies and procedures to maximise person-centred, safe, quality outcomes in the clinical and non-clinical environment specific to the service model.
• Researching and developing strategic new models for maximising occupancy, including respite and other short-term stays.
• Optimising residential aged care facility operations and ensuring delivery meets the needs of the residents.

About You

To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Nursing, or a Health-related field or Operations is preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience will be considered.
• Significant experience in Operations with moderate experience in a managerial role leading business change initiatives is preferred.
• Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Registration is prescribed.
• Proficiency in Business Operations Management, Operations Strategy, Compliance Management, and Budget Management skills.
• Excellent Talent Management, Vision Development, Problem Solving, and Financial Management skills.
