BlueCare is seeking a Clinical Nurse to join the Hospital in the Home Expansion Project in Toowoomba. This casual role involves providing person-centred care within the community.

About the Role: As a Clinical Nurse within the BlueCare team, you will be empowered to support clients and contribute to making their everyday lives easier. You will build meaningful relationships and make a difference through small moments that have significant impacts. The role encourages creativity and enjoyment while contributing to the organisation's success.

Responsibilities: Your role will involve providing person-centred care to clients in the community, ensuring a safe environment and utilising your clinical skills to enhance their quality of life. This includes:

• Assessing, planning, and implementing client care within your scope of practice.
• Considering clients' physical, social, and psychological requirements.
• Creating and updating care plans to reflect evolving client needs.
• Ensuring compliance with clinical quality standards.
• Collaborating effectively with members of multi-disciplinary teams.

The majority of your day will be spent travelling to complete scheduled community visits.

What Makes a Difference for Us (Requirements and Qualifications):

• A minimum of 3 years' experience, including acute care training and community experience.
• Experience with CVAD and NPWT.
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in managing your time effectively and the ability to work autonomously.
• General nursing experience post-registration.
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or a willingness to obtain one.
• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Unlimited work entitlements in Australia.
• A current Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Venepuncture skills are desirable.

Remuneration: $59.43 - $60.70 per hour, plus casual loading, superannuation, penalties, and allowances.
