About the Role: As the Lifestyle Team Leader, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a vibrant lifestyle program that enhances residents’ quality of life. You will lead a small team while also being hands-on in creating engaging activities and building strong community connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging lifestyle and wellness programs.
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting Lifestyle Assistants.
• Developing monthly activity calendars and newsletters.
• Welcoming new residents and creating personalised activity plans.
• Coordinating events, entertainment, and external outings.
• Building relationships with community groups, volunteers, and stakeholders.
• Driving continuous improvement within the lifestyle program.

About You:

• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (essential).
• Experience in a lifestyle, diversional therapy, or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A creative, proactive, and resident-focused approach.
• Ability to motivate and guide a small team.
• Current National Police Check.
• Current driver’s licence and confidence transporting residents.

Important Information:

• This position is located in Brisbane QLD, with an expectation to relocate to Toowoomba.
• The work type is full-time and onsite.
• There is no visa sponsorship on offer for this position. Full working rights and Australian work experience are essential.
