Your Opportunity:

• Lead, coordinate, and operationally manage the Continuing Care and Forensic Mental Health multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in providing quality clinical services to stakeholders and consumers of Wide Bay Mental Health & Specialised Services.
• Provide day-to-day operational service delivery management and coordination of Mental Health Clinicians within the team.
• Undertake specific responsibilities for resource allocation, involvement in performance appraisals, and team member development.
• Deliver advanced clinical services and clinical service leadership to ensure responsiveness to mental health presentations via Community Mental Health.
• Maintain service delivery within endorsed Models of Service Delivery and Service Capability Frameworks.
• Facilitate, coordinate, and promote the Continuing Care and Forensic Team, its direction, practice, and policy framework.

Our Offer:

• Remuneration package value up to $173,368 p.a.
• Salary between $144,991 - $151,289 p.a. (Nurse Grade 7)
• Remuneration package value up to $172,615 p.a. (HP5)
• Employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%)
• Annual leave loading (17.5%)
• Permanent Full Time, 76 hours per fortnight.
