Queensland Health invites experienced Nurses and Midwives from across Australia to join its Nursing & Midwifery Talent Pool. This pool will be used to consider candidates for opportunities within Queensland Health's 16 Hospital and Health Services. These services operate in metropolitan, regional, rural, and remote locations throughout Queensland.

Available Roles

Roles will be advertised across the following 16 Hospital and Health Services:

• Cairns and Hinterland
• Children's Hospital Queensland
• Central Queensland
• Central West
• Darling Downs
• Gold Coast
• Metro North
• Metro South
• Mackay
• North West
• South West
• Sunshine Coast
• Torres and Cape
• Townsville
• Wide Bay
• West Moreton

Positions may be available on either a full-time or part-time basis.

To Be Considered

Applications are encouraged from Enrolled and Registered Nurses, including Nurse Practitioners, who possess experience across a broad range of specialities.

The following are required for consideration:

• A minimum of 12 months relevant clinical experience demonstrated in your clinical area of expertise.
• Ability to provide registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Further information is available on the AHPRA website.
• Relevant qualification in Nursing and/or Midwifery.
• Ability to provide vaccination evidence.
• Australian Working Rights.
