Personal Care Worker - Infinite Care

Infinite Care is seeking a part-time Personal Care Worker for an onsite role at our Knoxfield facility in Victoria. We are committed to providing industry-leading resident care and services that promote independence, operating within a companywide safety-first workplace.

This role involves highly interactive support for our elderly residents, their families, and colleagues, operating 7 days a week across AM, PM, and Night shifts. You will collaborate closely with nursing, hospitality, and resident engagement teams, delivering resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner, supported by skilled senior carers and managers. Specific job duties and accountabilities are detailed in the attached position description.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ideally, one year of demonstrated working experience in the Aged Care sector.
• A passion for a career where you can make a difference and a willingness to help deliver quality care services daily.
• A very positive teamwork attitude, being a trusted co-worker, excellent time management (essential for our shift-driven workplace and handovers), and adherence to strict safety procedures at all times to maintain high workplace safety standards.
• Computer literacy, including email, word processing, and navigating inhouse training platforms.
• Excellent workplace safety awareness to prevent resident incidents, acting as their "extra eyes and ears."
• Qualifications in Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) OR completion of the Diploma of Nursing with an aged care placement OR currently a 2nd-year nursing student with a placement. Other Cert III courses in related healthcare studies are recognised. Industry work placement will be required to meet compliance standards.
• An NDIS Workers Screening Clearance is essential, or a willingness to obtain one.
