Goulburn Valley Health is seeking a Registered District Nurse for a permanent part-time position at Waranga Health in Rushworth. This onsite role requires 46 hours per fortnight.

About Waranga Health: Waranga Health, located in Rushworth, is a 36-bed aged care facility. Its services encompass a four-bed acute care unit, a district nursing service, outpatient consulting, and a dedicated palliative care suite with a respite bed. About the Role: The Waranga District Nurse will provide home-based nursing care to clients residing in Rushworth, Murchison, Stanhope, Corop, Colbinabbin, Toolleen, and surrounding areas. Working within a team, you will deliver professional and holistic nursing care in the home setting to individuals of all ages, income levels, and ethnicities. The role involves delivering client-centred care and education to enhance health status by assisting with prescribed treatments, promoting self-management strategies, and supporting carers.
