Creative Career Nursing Agency is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a Permanent Part-Time Agency role in Adelaide SA. Our mission is to deliver healthcare with empathy, responsiveness, and personalised support. This position offers a 6-month contract, with three day shifts per week (Monday-Friday), supporting aged care clients across metropolitan and regional South Australia.

Your Profile:

You are a passionate, reliable, and experienced Registered Nurse committed to high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive healthcare environment.

To be successful, you will have:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 6 months' recent Australian aged care experience
• Recent experience working day shifts in aged care
• Accredited Nursing Degree
• Current COVID-19 and Influenza Vaccination Certificates
• Strong clinical assessment, medication management, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Reliable motor vehicle
• Willingness to travel to different aged care facilities across South Australia
• Ability to commit to a minimum of six months of ongoing employment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care.
• Conduct clinical assessments, care planning, and evaluations.
• Administer medications safely in accordance with legislation and professional standards.
• Coordinate resident care and support multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and mentor care staff where required.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies.
