About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care designed to foster positive resident outcomes. This role requires adherence to Arcare’s values, policies, and professional clinical standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Clinical Care: Delivering high-quality nursing care, encompassing health assessments, vital signs monitoring, and medication management.
• Wound Management: Assessing, treating, and managing wounds, with a focus on infection prevention.
• Care Planning: Developing and implementing individualised care plans tailored to residents’ specific needs.
• Assessment & Documentation: Maintaining accurate clinical records and documenting changes using eCase.
• Pain Management: Identifying and addressing pain concerns through appropriate strategies.
• Emergency Response: Responding effectively to medical emergencies.
• End-of-Life Care: Providing compassionate palliative and end-of-life support.

What we’re looking for

• Current AHPRA Registration (essential)
• Sound knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
• Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Friendly, professional, and effective communication abilities
