Location: Adelaide SA Work Type: Part-time Salary: $77,824 - $106,187 per annum (pro rata) + super + salary sacrifice

We are seeking compassionate and capable nurses to join our Coronary Care Unit at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. Multiple permanent and temporary contract positions are available, with part-time and full-time options considered.

About the Role In our Coronary Care Unit, you will build your cardiac nursing career within a high-acuity, supportive team. Deliver person-centred care across acute and complex cardiac services, developing advanced clinical skills through structured education, mentoring, and hands-on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering safe, evidence-based cardiac care.
  • Supporting emergency and elective patient pathways.
  • Building skills in rhythms, high acuity, and ALS care.
  • Guiding students, ENs, and Assistants in Nursing.
  • Partnering with cardiology and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contributing to patient care plans and recovery outcomes.
  • Maintaining strong clinical standards and team support.
  • Developing capability through ongoing education and mentoring.

About You You are a Cardiology nurse who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Essential requirements:

  • Registered or eligible with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and hold a current practising certificate.
  • Experience delivering contemporary Cardiology nursing care.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and build strong team relationships.
  • Capacity to prioritise workload and respond calmly to changing needs.
  • Commitment to supporting safe, family-centred care and quality improvement.
