About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality clinical care to residents.
• Administering medications and completing clinical assessments.
• Developing and reviewing resident care plans.
• Leading and supporting care staff during your shift.
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and General Practitioners.
• Accurately maintaining clinical documentation.
• Responding to clinical changes and escalating concerns appropriately.
• Promoting person-centred care and continuous improvement.

This role involves clinical assessment, medication management, care planning, and team leadership within a collaborative and well-supported environment.

About You

You are a compassionate, organised, and clinically confident Registered Nurse who enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

You will also possess:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience working in aged care or a similar healthcare setting.
• Confidence managing clinical assessments and medication administration.
• A strong understanding of person-centred care principles.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
