The Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for its High Dependency Unit in Whyalla. Multiple full-time and part-time, ongoing positions are available.

About the Role: This role involves providing specialised, person-centred care to patients requiring close monitoring and specialised nursing support. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs, coordinate care, and contribute to safe and effective service delivery. Responsibilities include supporting quality improvement activities, providing health education to patients and carers, and contributing to the development of students, graduates, and less experienced staff, while continuing to build your own clinical expertise.

About You:

• Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practising certificate.
• Ability to deliver safe, person-centred nursing care and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Possess strong communication, problem-solving, and workload management skills.
• A commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
• Demonstrated competence in nursing practice and supporting positive patient outcomes.
