Gold Coast Private Hospital is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for its medical ward (Ward 1) on a casual, on-site basis in Southport. You will contribute to exceptional patient care within a supportive team environment.

As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing safe, evidence-based nursing care.
• Supervising and guiding nursing team members.
• Educating and supporting patients through recovery, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care.
• Leading quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team for optimal patient care.
• Acting as a role model for safe practices.

Essential Criteria:

• Authority to Work in Australia.
• Minimum 12 months of experience as an RN.
• Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent.
• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
• Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Self-motivated team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach.

Salary: $41.49 - $52.97 per hour plus superannuation and a 23% casual loading. The exact salary will be based on years of relevant nursing experience as per the "Healthscope - Queensland - Nurses Enterprise Agreement".
