About the Role: You will join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering holistic primary healthcare services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, managing chronic diseases, administering immunisations, providing wound care, and educating patients, all within a community-led framework.

What We Are Looking For:

• Current AHPRA registration (RN Division 1) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Practice Nurse or in Primary Health.
• Experience with immunisations and chronic disease management.
• A strong understanding of cultural safety and community health principles.
