Tully Nursing Home Inc. is a recognised provider of aged care services, focused on delivering person-centred care designed to uphold the dignity, independence, and wellbeing of our residents. We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care and support to residents at our Tully facility. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide safe and effective care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive nursing care aligned with best practice standards.
• Conducting resident assessments and formulating care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring and documenting resident health status and progress.
• Communicating with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring compliance.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse; aged care experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated capability in delivering person-centred care.
• Strong skills in clinical assessment and documentation.
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per year plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.
