Salary: $38 – $55 per hour Work type: full-time Location: Remote (covering multiple campuses: Birchip, Charlton, Donald, St Arnaud, and Wycheproof)

East Wimmera Health Service (EWHS) is a fully accredited small rural health service operating across five campuses in North Western Victoria. We are seeking nursing staff to work at all campus locations and their surrounding communities.

Position Overview:

• Role: Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2- YP9) or Enrolled Nurse Level 2 (IB68 - IB72).
• Employment Type: Permanent full-time, 80 hours per fortnight, accruing 1 ADO per month.
• Environment: Mixed Ward, encompassing residential aged care and acute services.
• Rostering: Rotating roster across all shifts and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered care to consumers across aged care and acute services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to providing evidenced-based practice.

Requirements:

• Commitment to providing evidenced-based practice.
• Demonstrated understanding and commitment to providing excellent person-centered care.
• Willingness and ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.
• Satisfactory police records check.
• Victorian ‘Employee’ Working with Children Check.
• Immunisation clearance, including annual influenza immunisation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2- YP9) or Enrolled Nurse Level 2 (IB68 - IB72).

Remuneration:

• As per the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028.
• Enrolled Nurse Level 2 (IB68- IB72): $38.13 - $40.57 per hour.
• Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2- YP9): $42.60 - $54.40 per hour.
