Estia Health is seeking a full-time, onsite Residential Aged Care Manager for their Forster location.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will lead a dedicated team as the head of the home. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional care and fostering a warm environment for residents, families, and staff. This leadership position offers the opportunity to drive quality care, cultivate a positive workplace culture, and ensure the efficient operation of the home.

In this role, you will:

• Identify optimal pathways for residents and staff.
• Maintain operational efficiency and safety.
• Achieve revenue targets.
• Motivate and develop your team.
• Develop community relationships.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated strong business leadership with commercial acumen and a generous management style.
• A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives.
• A minimum of five years in a management role.
• Experience in aged or medical care.
• Experience working with various systems.
