Sanctuary Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking experienced hospitality professionals for contract roles within aged care facilities. We partner with leading aged care providers across Australia to supply high-quality staff to regional, rural, and remote facilities. These contracts offer the chance to explore Australia while delivering essential services.

Opportunities are currently available across regional and remote locations within New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland, and the Northern Territory. New contract positions are regularly added, all situated outside of CBD and metropolitan areas.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Possess prior experience as a Chef, Cook, or Kitchen Hand in Aged Care Facilities, with a minimum of 6 months required.
• Demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Are able to work across rotating rosters, including weekends as needed.

Essential Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months experience working in aged care.
• Full Australian working rights.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Food Handling Certificate.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (for Cooks/Chefs).
• Current Influenza Vaccination.
