About the Role: ICC Sydney is seeking Casual Food & Beverage Team Members to join our Event Delivery team. This role is responsible for creating extraordinary guest experiences by delivering food and beverage services for a variety of events, from intimate VIP gatherings for 20 guests to large-scale gala dinners, conferences, exhibitions, and live entertainment events for thousands.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • NSW RSA Card is essential.
  • Proven experience as a waiter/waitress, bar or beverage attendant in a 5-Star hospitality, hotel, or venue setting, specifically within Functions, Banquets, Conferences, or Events.
  • Immaculate personal presentation and grooming to meet 5-Star standards.
  • Passion for transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • Must be 18 years or over.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, which may include some heavy lifting, regularly walking over 10,000 steps per shift, and prolonged periods of standing.
  • Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including day, evening, and weekend shifts with early starts and late finishes.

Eligibility for employment requires valid working rights in Australia. Relevant screening checks will be conducted, including a National Police Background Check for successful candidates.
