We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Allrounder/Driver to contribute to site and linen operations in Beverley, South Australia. This is a practical role that involves camp distribution, local driving, and managing time-sensitive tasks.
Salary: $88,618 + Superannuation Work Type: Full-time Location: Adelaide SA (FIFO from Adelaide) Roster: 14 days on / 7 days off Hours: 11-hour shifts
The Role: This is a versatile position with varied daily responsibilities. Duties include:
- Transporting passengers to and from the airstrip and mine site.
- Conducting site rubbish runs utilising a garbage truck, which involves:
- Collecting and replacing wheelie bins.
- Sorting, washing, and organising linen within the onsite laundry.
- Delivering clean linen and collecting used linen from accommodation rooms.
- Performing general cleaning of common areas.
- Undertaking housekeeping duties across the site as needed.
- Refilling gas bottles when required.
- Providing support for general site operations as necessary.
The Candidate:
- MR Manual Driver’s Licence (essential).
- Forklift Licence (essential).
- National Police Clearance.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
- Strong time management and organisational capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to daily schedules.
- Good physical fitness to perform manual tasks.
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- Truck driving experience is highly regarded.
