Betty's Burgers offers a classic burger shack experience, presenting fresh and delicious burgers alongside our popular ice cream. As Betty's continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager.

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, this role is crucial for ensuring effective and efficient restaurant operations. You will be responsible for upholding the quality product and service for which the Betty's brand is known.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and upkeep.
• Enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure efficient operating procedures.
• Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee staff rostering, timesheets, and staffing allocations.
• Implement training programs, company policies, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proven experience in hospitality, especially in high-volume settings.
• Experience in engaging, leading, and motivating a large team.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to work a flexible rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
