Job Description
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the Front Office Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including check-ins/outs, loyalty sign-ups, reporting, and assisting with guest needs.
- Supervise and manage the front office team during shifts, including onboarding and training.
- Ensure exceptional guest service is delivered to all guests, with a focus on driving loyalty.
- Effectively manage emergency situations within the hotel, adhering to hotel procedures and processes.
Qualifications:
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive and dedicated Front Office Manager who is committed to mentoring and developing their team.
What we are looking for:
- A strong background in Front Office procedures and Opera Cloud.
- Experience in supervising, training, and motivating team members.
- The ability to act independently on all matters relating to team and guest safety and wellbeing in the absence of senior management.
- High-level communication skills and the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders.
- Previous experience in an Assistant Manager role, or as a Front Office Supervisor, is ideal.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
