Assistant Manager | Iconic CBD Venue | Sydney NSW

Frontline Hospitality Sydney is seeking an Assistant Manager for a full-time, on-site position at an iconic two-level venue in Sydney's CBD. This venue features a sports bar, entertainment areas, rooftop, gaming facilities, and a bistro.

The Role

This position offers exposure to various business operations, including financials, stock management, rostering, and general Back of House functions, supporting career advancement and growth. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple bars, dining outlets, functions, live entertainment, and gaming operations, as well as all staffing requirements. All duties will be performed under the direction of the General Manager. The role also provides an opportunity to lead a team of professionals and train new employees, with an emphasis on delivering memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants will need:

• Experience in a similar management role.
• Experience in food and beverage operations is highly desirable.
• A hands-on approach to the role, with the ability to support the floor team across all areas.
• To be a team player and willing to undertake practical tasks.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to lead proactively.
• The capacity to work effectively under pressure and adapt to change.

On Offer

A competitive salary package ranging from $80,000 to $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation, will be offered, commensurate with your skills and expertise. This role presents a solid and consistent opportunity for a manager seeking a role with potential for work-life balance.
