Taylor Square Fund is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead at two of Sydney's most iconic venues, Courthouse Hotel and Kinselas, situated in Darlinghurst. About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you will collaborate with Venue Managers and the Leadership Team to deliver exceptional hospitality across food, beverage, and entertainment, contributing to the daily success of the Taylor Square Precinct.

What You'll Do

• Coach, develop, and support team members to provide outstanding hospitality.
• Maintain high standards for service, presentation, and guest experience.
• Assist with venue administration, cash management, and daily reporting.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing and workplace safety regulations.
• Support the execution of live entertainment, events, and venue activations.
• Work a rotating roster that includes days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership experience within a pub, hotel, club, or similar hospitality setting.
• Confidence in managing busy shifts in a high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of food, beverage, and entertainment operations.
• Experience with venue administration, cash management, and reporting.
• The ability to foster positive team cultures where individuals feel supported and enjoy their work.
• Current NSW RSA, RCG, and ARCG, or a willingness to obtain them.
