We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Assistant Manager to direct the daily operations at our client's campus in Macquarie Park. In collaboration with the National Front of House Manager (who is based on site), you will lead a team of dynamic First Contact members. Your focus will be on upholding superior service standards, providing team support, and ensuring the workplace experience consistently surpasses expectations for both employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of receptions, meeting rooms, events, the loading dock, mailroom, and learning centre.
- Coach, mentor, and support a high-performing team of workplace services professionals.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and premium workplace experiences for employees and visitors.
- Cultivate strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate daily staffing, workflows, and service delivery across all operational areas.
- Address operational issues promptly and effectively while maintaining high service standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to workplace services.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Maintain operational documentation, reporting, and compliance with First Contact policies and procedures.
