Assistant Restaurant Manager - Castle Towers

This includes ensuring efficient table turnover, maintaining the grills, and ensuring guest satisfaction, all while thinking critically and concluding each shift with a sense of accomplishment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead Operations: Supervise daily activities, manage a welcoming restaurant environment, and motivate your team.
  • Set the Atmosphere: Collaborate directly with your team to define the pace and set the overall tone.
  • Develop Your Team: Coach your team to deliver the distinctive Nando's experience to both new and returning guests.
  • Drive Performance: Enhance the restaurant's atmosphere and operations, ensuring each shift is energetic and successful.

Essential Requirements:

  • You will work with all Nando's ingredients and must obtain or hold relevant certifications, such as liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR, and manager accreditation, as mandated by local legislation.
