Your Responsibilities:
- Lead Operations: Supervise daily activities, manage a welcoming restaurant environment, and motivate your team.
- Set the Atmosphere: Collaborate directly with your team to define the pace and set the overall tone.
- Develop Your Team: Coach your team to deliver the distinctive Nando's experience to both new and returning guests.
- Drive Performance: Enhance the restaurant's atmosphere and operations, ensuring each shift is energetic and successful.

Essential Requirements:
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia/New Zealand.
- A minimum age of 18 is required for managing or supervising a restaurant.
- You will work with all Nando's ingredients and must obtain or hold relevant certifications, such as liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR, and manager accreditation, as mandated by local legislation.
