Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Operations: Supervise daily restaurant activities, maintain a welcoming and efficient establishment, and inspire your team.
  • Set the Tone: Collaborate directly with your team, establishing the atmosphere and driving the operational pace.
  • Develop Talent: Coach your team to deliver the signature Nando's experience consistently for all patrons.
  • Energise the Environment: Foster a dynamic atmosphere and operational flow, ensuring each shift is engaging and energetic.
