Your Role You will be responsible for mastering our menu, serving customers with a smile and top-notch service, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and workspace, demonstrating food safety knowledge, and ensuring everyone feels at home.

What We’re Looking For We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager eager to contribute to the Maverick brand’s growth and success. Proven experience in the fast-casual quick-service restaurant industry would be advantageous.

You will oversee daily operations, staff training, team development, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while managing financial performance. This is an exciting start-up opportunity to be directly involved in shaping the business and playing an integral role in driving its success.

The ideal candidate will possess a few years of cooking experience and a sound knowledge of kitchen practices. You must be capable of managing a team while also being hands-on in supporting the crew.

Key Responsibilities
