Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Operations: Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensure the establishment is well-maintained and welcoming, and motivate your team.
• Set the Atmosphere: Work collaboratively with your team, defining the pace and tone of the restaurant.
• Inspire Performance: Coach your team to deliver the distinctive Nando's experience to both new and returning customers.
• Drive Engagement: Enhance the restaurant's energy and operational flow, ensuring each shift is dynamic and engaging.
