We are seeking a competent and actively involved Assistant Venue Manager to collaborate with the Venue Manager, fostering consistency, leadership, and operational standards throughout the venue.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee shifts encompassing bar, gaming, floor, and general venue operations.
• Contribute to service delivery, team performance, customer experience, and adherence to regulations.
• Uphold high standards during periods of high customer traffic.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, serving as a dependable deputy for both day and night operations.

This is a practical leadership position suitable for an individual comfortable managing busy shifts in a high-volume setting.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced pub or hospitality setting.
• A composed, solution-oriented leadership style complemented by robust organisational and communication abilities.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG), and Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RLMV) Approved Manager qualifications.
• Availability to work across nights, weekends, and peak trading periods.
