Moon Dog Beach Club, an 800-person capacity venue inspired by a jungle-beach party theme, aims to deliver exceptional food, beverages, and entertainment to the South East community. Our spacious, well-equipped kitchen prepares pub classics and beach-themed favourites.

We are seeking experienced individuals for the following positions:

• Kitchen Porters (KPs)
• Casual Chefs / Commis Chefs (CDPs)

We are looking for individuals with high standards for food quality and hygiene. A passion for the Frankston and South East community is desired, along with a willingness to contribute to establishing Beach Club as a prominent destination.

Casual Chefs are sought, with a solid level of experience, to integrate into our diverse team. Our kitchen environment prioritises positive vibes, with no tolerance for raised voices or inappropriate conduct. A collaborative team spirit and a readiness to assist where needed are expected from all team members.

All applicants must possess good availability, particularly on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Applications will not be considered from those only available during weekdays. Multiple openings exist, offering varied shift availability based on mutual needs. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
