Bar and Gaming Attendants - The Mona
Laundy Hotels is seeking enthusiastic Bar & Gaming Attendants to join the team at The Mona, located in Mona Vale. The Mona is a well-regarded local venue known for its welcoming atmosphere, quality food and drinks, and engaging bar and gaming areas. The venue caters to locals socialising, enjoying live sport, or spending time in the gaming room, with a commitment to delivering friendly and consistent service to all guests. Responsibilities:
- Accurate handling of cash and transactions.
- Preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintaining cleanliness, stock levels, and standards of the bar area, gaming floor, and equipment.
- Assisting patrons with gaming machines while adhering to all gaming regulations.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and promptly addressing guest requests.
- Adherence to all relevant health, safety, and security procedures.
- Collaborating with the broader venue team to foster a positive and productive workplace.
Who You Are:
- A confident communicator and strong team player.
- Previous Bar and/or Gaming Attendant experience is preferred.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Possesses sound knowledge of end-to-end service standards.
- Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, 7-day-a-week hospitality environment.
- Available to work evening, weekend, and late-night shifts.
Requirements:
- Valid NSW RSA and RCG are essential.
- An ARCG is highly desirable.
- Availability to work late-night closings, potentially up to 2:00 am.
