Join renowned chefs, premium wine exhibitors, and thousands of food and wine enthusiasts at an iconic Australian culinary event. Adecco Australia Pty Ltd, a global leader in workforce solutions, is the appointed staffing partner for the Good Food & Wine Festival 2026, scheduled from 16th to 19th July. We are seeking experienced and customer-focused Bar Attendants to contribute to an exceptional experience at this premier event.

This is a casual, event-based opportunity. Typical working hours will be from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm each day of the festival.

Working within premium hospitality areas, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service to guests.
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
• Maintaining a professional, friendly, and engaging presence.
• Processing beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
• Ensuring bar areas are clean, organised, and fully stocked.
• Monitoring responsible alcohol service practices at all times.
• Assisting with bar setup, restocking, and pack-down activities.
• Collaborating with event supervisors, bar managers, and fellow team members.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and professionalism.
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest enquiries and requests.

Your profile should include:

• Previous experience in bars, hospitality venues, corporate events, festivals, or VIP hospitality environments.
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
• Professional presentation and grooming standards.
• Availability to work all event days from approximately 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (16th-19th July).
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented approach.
