Join the team at the Royal Oak Hotel as a casual Bar Attendant. This role involves delivering excellent customer service and fostering an enjoyable guest experience within a vibrant and friendly hospitality setting.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve patrons in a friendly and professional capacity.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organisation.
• Comply with all applicable licensing laws and regulations.
• Assist with inventory and stock management.
• Collaborate with the broader hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Take drink and food orders at the bar.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bar or similar hospitality role is required.
• A minimum of two years of previous bar or hospitality experience is necessary.
• Strong customer service skills and a welcoming, friendly demeanour.
• Proficiency in preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure.
• Familiarity with relevant liquor licensing laws and regulations.
• Current RSA certification is essential at the time of application.
• Flexible availability is required.
• Must be available to work any shifts as required.
• Proficiency in using tills (IdealPOS), EFTPOS, and cash handling.

TAB/Keno experience is an advantage.
