Bar Attendant - Coolamon Sport and Recreation Club Ltd

Coolamon Sport and Recreation Club Ltd is seeking a casual Bar Attendant. This onsite position offers between 10-15 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $33 – $50.

The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanour, a strong work ethic, a friendly disposition, excellent customer service abilities, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering friendly and helpful service to patrons.
• Maintaining a clean and inviting venue environment.
• Adhering to current OLGR regulations and company policies.
• Performing cellar duties, including keg handling and cool room stocking.
• Managing cash transactions.
• Balancing tills.
• Executing opening and closing procedures.
• Managing stock rotation.
• Operating poker machines, including processing payouts.
• Conducting Keno operations.

Requirements:

• Current RSA/RCG Certificate.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends on a rotating roster.

Proven industry experience is preferred but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided. A First Aid Certificate is also preferred, but not essential.
