The role involves close collaboration with the beverage director and venue leadership to oversee daily bar operations. Responsibilities include upholding superior service standards, supporting staff development, leading bar service, and ensuring consistent quality across cocktails, wines, beers, and monthly stocktakes.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant, hotel, or luxury bar environments.
• Proficiency in premium dining service standards and the capability to guide and inspire teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of classic cocktails, beers, spirits, and wines.
• A practical leadership style that prioritises a positive team culture.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a consistent drive for enhancement and innovation.
• Availability for a mix of lunch and dinner services, weekends, and some public holidays.
