Cubes.Co is seeking a Barista to contribute to a welcoming and professional atmosphere for Members, Visitors, and Clients. This position involves preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering outstanding customer service, and providing hospitality across the centre. The role is suited to an individual with a passion for coffee, who enjoys interacting with people and takes satisfaction in creating memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and beverages.
• Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to Members, Visitors, and Clients.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming café environment.
• Ensure coffee machines and equipment are kept to a high standard.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Support hospitality needs for meetings, events, and client functions.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 2–3 years' Barista experience in a café, hospitality, or customer-facing setting.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently and efficiently prepare high-quality specialty coffee.
• Solid understanding of coffee preparation techniques and milk texturing.
• A passion for customer service and hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management capabilities.
• The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude.
