Job Description We are seeking an energetic and ambitious individual with a background in hospitality and/or customer service, looking to transition into a corporate setting. This role is for a spirited Workspace Experience Coordinator (Barista) to energise our clubhouse. It presents a significant opportunity for a meaningful and dynamic career shift into a corporate environment, leveraging existing hospitality and customer service skills in a role where no two days are the same. This is a part-time position based at our Elizabeth Quay Clubhouse.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the welcoming presence of our workspace, creating personalised experiences for members and guests.
  • Preparing a variety of beverages and managing the daily operations of our cafe with skill and precision.
  • Playing a key role in the organisation and execution of workplace events, from small meetings to larger gatherings, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Conducting regular inventory checks for food, consumables, and clubhouse supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.

Qualifications We are looking for someone who possesses:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within hospitality, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a high-volume cafe.
  • Availability from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm is ideal.
  • A strong customer-centric and hospitality-led mindset, with the ability to adapt to the needs and preferences of guests to enhance their overall experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with members, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient multitasking abilities, enabling focus and productivity in a dynamic environment.
  • A genuine passion for building relationships, with a strong ability to bring warmth to interactions and effectively build rapport.
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain an RSA and Food Handling Certificate.
