Situated waterfront in Barangaroo, Sydney, Gina is part of Wondrous Entertainment, a growing restaurant and cafe group that also operates Malika Bakehouse (Surry Hills & Botany) and Izgara (Clarence Street).

We are seeking a skilled Bartender for our new, attractive 200-seat venue, Gina, in Barangaroo. This is a distinctive chance to contribute to an iconic establishment, welcoming driven and passionate individuals to express their creativity and innovation. This role offers empowerment for guests to enjoy a world-class culinary and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a broad spectrum of classic and signature cocktails with accuracy and skill.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, crafting memorable experiences for patrons.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-supplied bar environment.
• Comply with all applicable health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
• Assist the bar management team with inventory, stock control, and other operational duties.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a cocktail bartender in a comparable high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes and methodologies.
• Excellent customer service capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A passion for the hospitality sector and a commitment to fostering a vibrant atmosphere.
• Flexible availability for evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts as needed.
