Purpose As a Bartender, your role is to foster an environment of continuous enjoyment, akin to the balanced composition of a well-crafted drink. Your precision, commitment to guest satisfaction, and collaborative approach are key to ensuring each moment is a success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, transforming moments into memories and experiences into stories.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for preparing appealing cocktails and remain updated on current mixology trends.
• Transform challenges into opportunities when they arise.
• Engage in upselling as a means to enhance the guest experience, beyond mere transaction.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to facilitate seamless teamwork.
• Maintain pride in your workspace through meticulous setup and pack-down of service areas.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a Bar Attendant with demonstrated ability in preparing a variety of drinks.
• Adaptability within diverse food and beverage environments, with flexibility for various schedules including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the relevant Country / State / Territory.
• A passion for interacting with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals.
