Purpose As a Bartender, your role is to foster an environment of continuous enjoyment, akin to the balanced composition of a well-crafted drink. Your precision, commitment to guest satisfaction, and collaborative approach are key to ensuring each moment is a success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, transforming moments into memories and experiences into stories.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for preparing appealing cocktails and remain updated on current mixology trends.
- Transform challenges into opportunities when they arise.
- Engage in upselling as a means to enhance the guest experience, beyond mere transaction.
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to facilitate seamless teamwork.
- Maintain pride in your workspace through meticulous setup and pack-down of service areas.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a Bar Attendant with demonstrated ability in preparing a variety of drinks.
- Adaptability within diverse food and beverage environments, with flexibility for various schedules including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the relevant Country / State / Territory.
- A passion for interacting with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals.
