About the Role: This position involves delivering high-quality drinks and customer service with energy, professionalism, and flair within a busy bar setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the bar and venue before service begins.
• Engage with guests and serve drinks during service.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and manage transactions.
• Clean, close down, and restock the bar after service.
• Assist with food running, stocktaking, and general duties as needed.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of cocktails and prior bar experience.
• High energy levels, attention to detail, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Impeccable presentation and a strong work ethic.
• RSA certification is required.
