Supernormal, located at 443 Queen Street on the banks of the Brisbane River, opened in mid-2024 alongside Bar Miette. Both venues have rapidly achieved recognition both locally and internationally. Supernormal was acknowledged by Condé Nast Traveler’s 2025 Hot List as one of the Best New Restaurants in the World and was featured by Tourism Australia on their 2025 list of the Top 25 Things to Do in Australia. Bar Miette received Runner-Up distinctions for Best Micro Wine List and Best Value Wine List at The World of Fine Wine’s World’s Best Wine Lists Awards 2025.

Our menus are designed to highlight local produce, fostering connections with Queensland’s farmers, fishers, and foragers to present contemporary Australian dishes across two distinct settings. The beverage program focuses on wines and spirits that reflect their origin and era, featuring benchmark and emerging producers globally.
